How to Submit a Takedown Request

To ensure your request is processed, it must include the following elements:

  1. Your full details
    Provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work
    Identify the content that you own. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a list.
  3. Location of infringing content
    Include the exact URL(s) on coveredincumtube where the material appears.
  4. Good faith statement
    Confirm that you genuinely believe the material is not authorized by the copyright holder, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
    Declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is correct and that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
  6. Signature
    Provide either a physical or electronic signature. A typed name is acceptable for electronic submissions.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your material was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice through our contact form. It must contain:

  1. Your complete contact information.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location on coveredincumtube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was the result of error or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or if outside the U.S., the courts where coveredincumtube operates) and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, the material may be restored within 10 business days unless we are informed that legal action has been initiated.


Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Infringing material may also be removed at our discretion without prior notice.

False or Misleading Claims
